Making A Purchase
By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Cleanstuff & Chemtec web sites.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Buying Karcher spares online:- Cleanstuff / Chemtec employees are not qualified to repair Karcher machines remotely, if you purchase Karcher spares you are doing so on the understanding that either you or your agent are able to safely make repairs to your Karcher product. We can advise on parts required from the extensive documentation provided to us by Karcher UK.

Should you have any dificulties using the shopping cart, the most common problem being multiple purchases of the same product showing in the cart. Look towards the top of the page, click view basket, you can then tick the box marked remove and then click the button "update" then just start your order again.

We accept all major cards.

All prices shown on the website are for online automated purchases only. We are UNABLE to process orders by phone, due to our accounting systems ALL purchases must be made online. Thank you for your co-operation

Terms and conditions of sales and purchases made in our online shop are regulated by the relevant laws laid down in the United Kingdom only.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery is included in the price to most mainland UK destinations, a 5 - 7 working day delivery service to Europe can be arranged typically costing £69.99 , please contact us for details of other destination charges, shipping will either be using private Courier service or Royal Mail (depending on the total weight of your order). If you do not agree with the delivery charges added to your order you can cancel your order at this stage.

Shipping goods OUTSIDE the UK :- We regularly ship goods to European and Worldwide destinations, please call the freephone number for quote.
Delivery Schedule
Cleanstuff & Chemtec believe delivery should be totally Free and as quick as possible. Therefore we have a selection of delivery Scales.

Important Note: - Cleanstuff.co.uk is a registered website name, whilst we endeavour to deliver your goods within 2 working days, we can in no way guarantee this. Goods ordered before 2pm weekdays are always dispatched the same day, once the goods leave us it is our couriers responsibility to deliver the goods on time. We always do all we can to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

We always try to deliver your purchases within 24 - 48 hours and for 99% of orders this is the case, however for spare parts and consumables deliverers may take up to 10 days, if we think this is the case we will contact you to let you know and offer the option to cancel your order.

(Spare parts if held in stock will be delivered within 48hrs, spare parts that need to be ordered from Karcher Germany can take anything from 5 days to 2 weeks for delivery. We always do our best to ensure the quickest possible delivery times.)

Scale 1.

Mainland UK deliveries are all included in final prices and are mostly 1 working day (typically Next Day) this excludes some spare parts. Purchases made after 2pm Thursday, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be delivered Until Tuesday the following week (Wednesday for a Bank Holiday weekend)

Any reference to "days" for delivery purposes are working days.

Scale 2.

Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern and Southern Ireland and The Channel Isles are an extra £24.99 except where we can use the Royal mail postal service.

Scale 3.

Most Western European countries are an extra £48.99 for 5 - 7 day delivery.


Delivery of larger and Bulkier Products

Whilst every effort is made to deliver your purchases within 48hrs (normally next day) bulky machinery can require specialised delivery services and may take up to 5 working days.

We ask you to please email us if you intend to buy such items, just to get confirmation of stock availability and delivery timescales.

Delivery Outside the UK.

For just £48.99 we offer a 5 - 7 working day delivery service to most European destinations, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal and Holland.

Deliveries to other Worldwide destinations can also be arranged for an additional fee. If you would like goods shipped to other worldwide destinations please email us for more advice.

If any problems are encountered i.e. a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and a new delivery time will be arranged. If a new schedule cannot be arranged then the customer will be offered a full refund. (Please note orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will not be delivered before the following Monday unless special arrangements are made)

Busier Period orders and Deliveries disclaimer (April to August inc and November and December inc)

Please note, whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible during the busier times as stated above stock levels will start to deplete and the delivery services will be pushed to their maximum capabilities, to avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible. Email us if you require an estimated delivery date (please include your order details). Thank you

All delivery times shown on the website are best estimations but cannot be guaranteed.

Please Note:-

Goods may require a signature upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for it please arrange for it to be delivered to a place where it can be signed for. ( place of work or a neighbour maybe ) .

Please check the packaging on your goods for damage and make a note of this when signing for them, ONLY sign as, "received in good condition", if that is ACTUALLY the case. If the goods have been damaged in transit please refuse the delivery at this stage.

If you are out when our courier arrives they will leave a card, please contact the courier on the card to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery. If the courier is unable to get a signature on the second delivery attempt they will leave a card a final time telling you where you need to go to collect your goods. Any further deliveries will require an additional payment by the customer.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you - This may cause a short delay in despatch.

Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 20%. If necessary we can refund VAT please contact us for details of export orders.
Credit Card Security
When the order is processed it will be encrypted using the latest Industry Standard Protocols and processed by Secure Hosting and Barclaycard EPDQ, Information on this can be found at www.securehosting.com . All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

In addition to normal manufacturers guarantees all of our products come with a our own 30 day money back guarantee. If you have any queries concerning your order please feel free to email us.

The 30 day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Any returns made due to the goods being faulty are returned at our cost and a full refund will be made.

Returns made due to the customer changing their mind or any other reason will be the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back to us and we will refund the cost less shipping charges agreed prior to pickup. Goods must be unused and still UNOPENED in their original packaging. We withhold the right to also deduct the outbound carriage costs from any return in this instance.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
FAULTY ITEMS
If a faulty item is delivered with an out the box fault or it is not the item ordered, the customer will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to pick up the item.. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. This does not apply to used items purely out of box faults. Items failing during warranty period will be requried to be returned to our workshop at your cost and warranty repair undertaken at our expense, re-delivery will be charged.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel goods as any purchases that have left our warehouse will be subject to the returns charges listed below.

If you wish to cancel an order or return any unwanted items that have already been dispatched you must do this within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to pay any return postage costs and for the original carriage of those products. You can opt to make arrangements for return yourself. If we have to arrange collection by courier most items incur a £20 + vat collection fee, original shipping is charged at £8 + vat, we will inform you if any additional costs are due for larger items. . Once returned in original condition ready for re-sale we will issue a refund minus any relevant delivery costs. Returns with relevant paperwork should be sent to:

FOR PARTS ORDERED INCORRECTLY.

If you have ordered replacement parts for your Karcher machine that you wish to return, a refund will be issued less a handling charge of 15% or £3.95 whichever is the greater, you will be required to bear the cost of postage back to our warehouse.

Parts sent out by us incorrectly will of course be replaced at no extra cost to you.
